1. RECEPTION AND IDENTIFICATION

On receipt of the spindle, we check its correspondence with the documentation, inspect its condition and classify it with a unique identifier. Everything is recorded in our system, ensuring traceability, efficient and transparent control at every stage of the process until the service is completed.

2. DISASSEMBLY

Our highly skilled technicians meticulously disassemble spindles and electrospindles, carefully disassembling each component for a thorough inspection. Electrical and motor systems undergo rigorous checks to identify any problems. Using precise measurements, we carry out a thorough failure analysis to identify the root cause. Based on our findings, we issue a detailed technical report describing the condition of the components. Finally, we provide a detailed quotation for the repair service of the spindle, ensuring transparency and accuracy throughout the entire process.

3. REFURBISHMENT OF PARTS

We use ultrasonic cleaning to carefully clean the components. We measure all parts, check geometric tolerances and restore them to their original dimensions and tolerances. If necessary, we rebuild new parts to exact specifications, ensuring the longevity and reliability of the repaired components, with accurate and high quality results.

This includes the regrinding of bearing housings (front and rear), and the reconditioning of tool cones to all commercially available ISO - BT - HSK - CAPTO etc. standards.

4. CONFIGURE AND PRELOAD OF BEARINGS

Our highly precise process includes the exact control and calibration of the bearing preload. This essential step guarantees the rigidity of the final product and the achievement of the best machining and grinding qualities. Through rigorous testing and calibration procedures, we ensure the efficient operation of the bearings, complying with the highest standards of quality, reliability and durability.

5. BALANCING

We thoroughly balance all rotating parts prior to assembly to ensure optimum performance and durability. Each component undergoes a precision balancing process, and we issue a certificate guaranteeing its stability. During the operational phase of the spindle or electrospindle, we perform additional dynamic balancing to further improve stability and minimise vibration. This ensures efficient operation and extends the service lifetime of the equipment, optimising its overall performance.

6. ASSEMBLY

Upon completion of parts overhaul, all components are subjected to rigorous testing and measurement to ensure compliance with specifications. Our technicians then carry out precise mechanical assembly and electrical wiring for a seamless integration. This end-to-end process ensures optimum performance and maximum reliability of the spindle, ensuring durability and operational efficiency.

7. RUNNING-IN TEST

We carry out the running-in of the electrospindles simulating their real operation on the machine, linking it with the numerical control, applying the original parameters. 
The operating variables of the spindle such as: the temperature of the bearings and motor, motor consumption and vibrations are monitored at all times, in order to guarantee the correct operation at the time of start-up on the machine of our machine.

8. FINAL TEST

We carry out an exhaustive analysis of all the values that determine the correct operation of the spindle.
This task is carried out by the same technician who has performed the assembly and validated by the direct person in charge. Geometric measurements, clamping force, electrical tests, are part of the tests that allow us to produce a final document that will be delivered with the head to the customer to certify its correct functionality.

9. LOGISTIC

We pack the spindle with specific wrapping to prevent corrosion and to ensure protection from possible causes of contamination during transport. All repair reports and instructions are included in the shipment.
